2026
- ATL: ~130-bed brownfield tower adjacent to MSSH, Dehradun
- 160-bed new brownfield tower at MSSH, Mohali, and 268-bed new brownfield tower at Nanavati-Max
- Staggered acquisition of YPPL underway to develop ~450-bed hospital in Pune
- Acquired controlling stake in KHL, which operates a 250-bed hospital in Bhubaneswar
2025
- Launched first asset-light ‘built-to-suit’ greenfield hospital in Dwarka
- Acquired Jaypee Healthcare (500-bed Noida hospital + 2 smaller hospitals)
- Long-term Service Agreement for 200-bed hospital in Pitampura, Delhi
- Agreement to purchase ~1.0 acre land parcel for brownfield addition at Vaishali

- Onco block at Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh
- 200-bed Alexis Hospital, Nagpur
